RCDI's in-house capabilities include all major development disciplines, thereby insuring that schedule, financial and quality control is maintained throughout the entire development process.
DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCE - These functions are performed by James A. Cochrane, President, BS, West Virginia University and MPA, University of Tennessee. Development and finance services include: (1) site selection, market evaluation, and design coordination; (2) capital budget development and proforma analysis to determine projected financial return; (3) lease (or turnkey development) negotations; (4) procurement of project financing; and (5) construction administration.
MANAGEMENT - Project management functions are directed by Richard Hunter, Vice President, BS, Alderson-Broaddus College and MPA, West Virginia University. These functions include project budgeting, personnel management, maintenance plans, insurance and risk management, real estate tax analysis, and monitoring of project financial statements.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - RCDI Construction projects are managed utilizing construction management procedures that have proven successful throughout our existence. The construction process is closely managed and monitored with full time on-site superintendents, a regional construction manager, and a home office project manager. |
