Farmer & Associates have provided lead development and construction administration
services for all Farmer & Associates/RCDI Winn Dixie and Eckerd Pharmacy developments in
North Carolina and South Carolina.
CEO, Ed Farmer, BS, University of South Carolina, has provided land acquisition and development services for many of the nations major retailers for over twelve years. Major clients include Wal-Mart, Lowe's Home Improvement Centers, Eckerd Pharmacies, and Winn Dixie. Tom Farmer, BS, Wingate College, directs the construction administration and project management functions. Farmer & Associates currently provides property management services for over twenty developments in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
